We’ve seen a few theme parks around the world that rip off Disney parks. There’s the one in Japan that we visited in 2005 (OMG, the videos!!!). It closed in 2006, but this one in Beijing, China is still up and running and still with Disney knockoffs galore. But we had never seen a theme park that had blatant copies of Harry Potter stuff.

Many visitors to Central Florida know that renting a car at Orlando International Airport (MCO) is the ultimate freedom. You have a vehicle at your disposal for the entirety of your trip, and that allows you to not only come and go as you please, but also lets you to go just about anywhere without the hassles and occasional uncertainties of shuttles, buses, taxis and ride sharing.
Of course, you have to return your car at the end of your trip, which leaves you with the question of whether or not to fill up your tank before you return the vehicle (you may want to read this article to help you decide if you should prepay for the gas or not). If you decide to fill up just before you get to MCO, that’s great!
Just don’t fill up at these places.

They say that imitation is the sincerest form of flattery. But when a theme park in China has obvious copies of a WHOLE LOT of Disney parks, I’d say it goes way beyond flattery and more into copyright infringement.
