I was on the shuttle bus from my hotel to JFK. I was sharing it with a very friendly group of three people including a husband, a wife, and another adult female. All middle-aged. They had stayed, as they told me, at our hotel for one night as an overnight stop between Paris and their home in Fort Myers. They didn’t fly that far very often, so they wanted to break the trip up a little.
They were getting off at Terminal 2 since they were taking Delta. As we got closer to the terminal, the husband, who was looking out the window, suddenly said, “Oh, look! It’s the Coca-Cola plane!”
I was on the other side of the aisle, so it was a little harder for me to figure out which plane he was referring to from my vantage point, but if a plane had gotten a new livery with Coke as the theme, like the FIFA World Cup Trophy Tour Plane had in 2014, I wanted to get a picture of it, figuring Joe might want to see it.

Why? Because the woman who refused to move not only had no appropriate I.D., but she also had no travel documents that said she had a seat on that, or any other plane.

You can learn a lot about travelers, and what they like and dislike, usually through surveys, observation or other types of studies.
