I missed this offer when it first came out. Thankfully, Chase has sent out reminders about registering for some outstanding spending offers on co-brand Southwest credit cards.

Here are the bonus categories for the promotion:
- 7 Rapid Rewards points for Southwest Airlines purchases (including flight, inflight, Southwest gift card, and Southwest Vacations package purchases, and at participating Rapid Rewards hotel and rental car partners)
- 5 Rapid Rewards points for all other travel purchases and at gas stations and grocery stores.
Bonus points will be awarded on up to $1,500 of combined purchases. This offer started on April 1st and will run thru June 30th. You have until June 30th to register and it appears that all charges made during the promotional period will qualify as long as you register before the end of the promotion. I’m thankful for that since I forgot to register in April and purchased a Southwest ticket at the end of the month.
An additional bonus of this offer is that all the points earned count towards earning a Southwest Companion Pass.
I’d usually max out this offer but I’ve decided to move all our spending to the World of Hyatt card to earn an extra category 1-4 free night certificate.
