BP & Amoco Gas Stations Offering 50¢ Off Per Gallon For First Responders, Hospital Workers

by SharonKurheg

BP gasoline wants to thank and honor those who are on the front lines of the coronavirus crisis, specifically first responders, doctors, nurses and hospital workers. To do that, they’re providing them with a discount on their next fill up at BP and Amoco stations.

The oil and gas company recently posted this on their website:

Our local first responders, doctors, nurses and hospital workers are the heart of our local communities, they are on the frontlines each day to ensure our loved ones and our communities are taken care of.

Join us in supporting your local first responder, doctor, nurse or hospital worker to provide them with a 50 cents off per gallon discount to use on their next fill up at BP and Amoco stations. We encourage you to share this website bp.com/localheroes and send a personal thank you on social using #bpsupportslocalheroes.

To obtain the discount, anyone who is eligible must verify their community status online through ID.me.

Once you have your discount code, you can redeem it at the BP or Amoco pump the next time you buy gas there.

BP says that discount codes can be claimed through April 30, 2020.

What a lovely gesture!
