Going To WDW? This Is THE Stroller For The Little Star Wars Geek In Your Life

by SharonKurheg

Being a Jedi has been a part of many boys’ and girls’ imaginations ever since the first time they saw the scrolling words, “A long time ago, in a galaxy far, far away…” Disney has tapped into that love by purchasing the Star Wars brand from Lucasfilms in 2012, which was followed by a plethora of Star Wars items, from clothing to books to movies to toys to everything in between. About the only thing Disney doesn’t offer is a stroller fit for a Padawan at its parks.

Fortunately, someone else has picked up the slack…

We’ve already written about several strollers that are available for rental in Central Florida, from what Disney has to offer to what’s available outside theme park property to the cheapest place to rent those popular Keenz strollers without necessarily spending an arm and a leg, and even a stroller shaped like a royal carriage. Well, that last one, run by Fantasy Stroller, has raised the gauntlet because they’re soon going to offer a stroller shaped like a spaceship!

This newest addition to the Fantasy Strollers line will be available as of April 1, 2018 (but they already have reservations open). Just like their royal carriage stroller, you can reserve a spaceship fantasy stroller for eight hours, with, among other options, the ability to purchase additional hours of usage.

Each fantasy stroller includes parent phone holder, cup holders, windows throughout (to provide ample ventilation), bucket seats, interior and exterior lights, retractable seat belts, 2 pilot steering wheels, pilot control panel with buttons, switches and sound effects, exotic spaceship doors, foot parking brake and ample storage in the back of the ship.

The spaceship strollers are 22 inches wide x 48 inches long by 40 inches high and are made to accommodate two children with a height requirement of 27 inches and a maximum height of 50 inches.

The carriages are handmade and not intended to collapse, so drop off and pick up location are scheduled when you make your reservation since they can’t be brought onto buses, into regular cars, etc.
