Going To WDW? This Is THE Stroller For The Little Princess And/Or Prince In Your Life

Being a princess has been a part of many little girls’ imaginations, probably since the concept of princesses began, forever ago. Disney has tapped into that love with a plethora of prince and princess items, from clothing to books to movies to toys to everything in between. About the only thing Disney doesn’t offer is a stroller fit for a princess or prince at its parks.

Fortunately, someone else has picked up the slack…

Now, we’ve reported about quite a few strollers that are available for rental in Central Florida, from what Disney has to offer to what’s available outside theme park property, and even the cheapest place to rent those popular Keenz strollers without necessarily spending an arm and a leg. But this is, I think, the fanciest stroller I’ve ever seen!

Princess Carriage Rentals is based out of Central Florida and rents fantasy strollers shaped like a royal carriage. You can reserve a fantasy stroller for eight hours, with, among other options, the ability to purchase additional hours of usage.

Each fantasy stroller has built-in lights with an array of color choices, a seat that converts into a bed, fairy tale rims, carriage lanterns and a custom carriage tag for your prince or princess. It also includes cup holders, built-in hooks for bags and souvenirs, and an easy-to-push steering system with hand brakes for parents’ use.

The carriages are handmade and not intended to collapse, so drop off and pick up location are scheduled when you make your reservation (the drop off location for Walt Disney World Magic Kingdom is at the Transportation and Ticket Center. If you’re staying at a hotel on the monorail line, they can drop the stroller off at your hotel). There’s also a premium package available, wherein a chauffeur picks you and your party up at your hotel (within a 10-mile radius of the Magic Kingdom), drops you and the fantasy stroller off, and then picks up/drops off at your hotel at the end of the day.

Prices for special events at the Magic Kingdom, such as Mickey’s Not So Scary Halloween Party and Mickey’s Very Christmas Party, run higher than for regular rentals. However not to worry – they have payment plans available! The carriages are also available for birthday parties, photo shoots, wedding rentals and even for non-Orlando area rentals, with price quotes available upon request.
